MANAGING PARTNER

Miguel de Arcos is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate expert with over 20+ years of success and growth in the industry.

Miguel serves as Managing Partner of Central Parc Group, a Development, Investment & Property Management firm. Additionally, Central Parc Group(CPG) is a partner in the rapidly growing upscale Foxtail Coffee Co and multiple Class A Daycare facilities; with many more of each on the way!

CPG has successfully developed and manages several hundred thousand square feet of commercial real estate.

Miguel has also been a top Florida based commercial real estate broker. Throughout his career, Miguel has been consistently ranked as a Top broker in Central Florida. His team has handled all facets of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage: sales, leasing, bank owned(REO) transactions, investment sales and development.

Miguel attributes his success to excellent partners, repeat business and a strong stream of referrals from past clients. He is the recipient of many industry and peer accolades including a two-time recipient of the Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty award.

On the personal side, de Arcos is a husband, father and coach of 3 active boys, a marathoner, Ironman distance triathlete and resides in Winter Park, FL.

MANAGING PARTNER

Dominic Nori has over 30 years’ experience in the investment and financial services industry.

He founded and grew a regional broker dealer with offices in NY and NJ.

In July of 2000 he sold his interest in that firm and moved to Florida where he founded the financial advisory firm: Private Wealth Management at Heathrow. In 2015, he sold that firm to his partners.

Dominic has been an active investor in commercial real estate for 20+ years. In 2013, he began developing properties in Central Florida with his partner Miguel de Arcos. He has partnered in developing several million in local commercial real estate properties.

His strong investment, finance and management experience have helped him to become a successful business owner and member of the Central Florida community.

Dominic is involved with many local charities and has been a board member with New Hope for Kids since 2003. He is married to his college sweetheart (since 1989) and has three wonderful daughters. In his spare time, he loves fishing, skiing, and traveling with his family.
